Is it safe to buy from your online shop?
Yes. Our online shop uses secure checkout technology and trusted payment providers to protect your information and your purchase.
Where do you ship to?
We ship across New Zealand. Delivery options and costs are shown clearly at checkout based on your location and order size.
How fast is delivery?
Most in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times depend on your region and the carrier. All "in stock with supplier" items are shipped directly from the supplier
Can I click & collect?
Yes. You can select Click & Collect at checkout and pick up your order from our Rolleston location once it’s ready.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure online payment options displayed at checkout.
What is your returns policy?
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items in “as new” condition. Some items, including electrical products and special orders, are excluded. See full policy wording here
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
