The KickAss 25A DCDC Dual Battery Charger is a compact, high-performance charging solution designed to safely and efficiently manage dual battery systems in 4WDs, caravans and off-road setups. Compatible with lithium and all major lead-acid battery types, it delivers reliable charging from both alternator and solar input in a tough, IP66-rated design built for Australian and New Zealand conditions.
Engineered for modern touring and off-grid power systems, it delivers fast, stable and intelligent charging for auxiliary batteries. Whether you're running lithium or traditional lead-acid batteries, the multi-stage charging system ensures optimal performance and long-term battery health. Built-in Bluetooth connectivity allows full control and monitoring directly from your smartphone — view real-time voltage, current and charging status, and receive system alerts and warnings. The unit also supports over-the-air (OTA) updates, so it stays up to date with the latest features and improvements.
Designed for flexibility, this charger supports both alternator and solar input, letting you charge your auxiliary battery from your vehicle while driving or from solar panels when stationary, and it's compatible with both 12V and 24V systems. Installation is simple thanks to plug-and-play Anderson connectors — ideal for DIY fit-outs without complex wiring. Smart alternator support ensures compatibility with modern vehicles including variable voltage systems, while the ignition trigger wire automatically enables or disables charging based on engine status to protect your starter battery.
