Do I need a special charger for an AGM battery?
AGM batteries can be charged with most modern smart chargers. Select the AGM setting if your charger has selectable battery type modes, and avoid chargers with an equalise stage, as this can damage sealed AGM batteries.

How do I know what capacity I need?
Calculate your daily power consumption in watt-hours (Wh) by adding up the wattage of each appliance multiplied by hours of use, then divide by 12V to get Ah.
