This is a genuine Lippert In-Wall (Schwintek) slide-out room component. Lippert's In-Wall system drives the slide-out room via a motor-powered rack-and-pinion mechanism running inside H-column tracks mounted to each side of the room opening.
The H-column and rack assembly forms the structural track the slide-out room travels along, housing the rack gear that the motor's pinion drives against to extend and retract the room. Sized for a 1022mm – 910mm Trailite rear room opening.
