This is a genuine Lippert In-Wall (Schwintek) slide-out room component. Lippert's In-Wall system drives the slide-out room via a motor-powered rack-and-pinion mechanism running inside H-column tracks mounted to each side of the room opening.
A replacement bearing block shoe with rib, fitted to the bearing blocks that guide the torque shaft along the H-column track. Worn shoes are a common cause of slide-out roughness or binding.
