WiTi SafeTow Wireless Brake Controller V3
The WiTi Wireless Electric Brake Controller V3 (SafeTow) is a proportional brake controller with a dedicated 2.8" colour touchscreen, powered instantly via a standard USB-C connection – no hardwiring required.
SafeTow applies braking to the caravan or trailer in proportion to the rate of deceleration and includes two significant innovations:
- Hill Descent Control – applies the trailer brakes based on the angle of descent, keeping the rig stable on steep or winding downhill roads.
- Brake Smoothing – electronically modulates braking output to eliminate harsh jerking under firm braking.
SafeTow pairs wirelessly over a dedicated closed Wi-Fi network with the WiTi Anti-Theft System V3 – no Bluetooth dropouts, no third-party apps. It also includes smart levelling and is designed for optional tyre pressure monitoring (WiTi TPMS sensors sold separately).
Important: SafeTow requires the WiTi Anti-Theft System SKU 480 to operate and is not compatible with Anti-Theft units manufactured prior to April 2026. Units with a serial number from ATB85 onward may be eligible for a firmware update to enable compatibility.
