Do I need a satellite receiver as well as a dish?
If you have an Avtex or Alphatronics TV from our store, the built-in satellite tuner handles reception — no separate receiver needed. If your TV doesn't have a built-in satellite tuner, you'll need a separate satellite receiver, such as the SKYBOX SV6 in our TVs & Antennas section.

How does the automatic satellite finding work?
Simply extend the dish and press the search button — the KiwiSat Lite scans and locks onto the Optus D1 satellite automatically, without any manual pointing.
