Will the NZSat 65cm Automatic Satellite Dish suit my caravan or setup?
Check the measurements in the Specifications tab against your available roof space and 12V/24V power supply. If you're unsure, contact us with your caravan make and model and we'll confirm compatibility.

What's the warranty?
The NZSat 65cm dish is covered by a 3-year manufacturer's warranty. Get in touch with our team if you need to make a claim or have a fault.

Do I need a satellite receiver as well as a dish?
If you have an Avtex or Alphatronics TV from our store, the built-in satellite tuner handles reception — no separate receiver needed. If your TV doesn't have a built-in satellite tuner, you'll need a separate satellite receiver, such as the SKYBOX SV6 in our TVs & Antennas section.

Why choose the larger 65cm dish over a smaller automatic dish?
A bigger dish captures more signal, giving a stronger, more reliable lock in marginal reception areas and better resilience to light rain or cloud. If you regularly camp further from the satellite's strongest coverage footprint, the 65cm dish is the safer choice over a 40cm dish.

Can I run two TVs off this dish?
Yes — the dual output LNB feeds two TVs, each able to tune to a different channel independently.
