Terms and Conditions:

Before listing your caravan, we will require you to book a Premium Service through us. This is to give us a good idea of the condition of the caravan and if any repairs need to be done before selling.

NB: Please be aware we won't be able to sell your caravan if there are major repair works/ costs involved.

We charge $2000, plus 3% of the sales price + GST. This is to cover listing fees, sale fees, storage costs and engagements with customers.

All certifications must be up to date including, Registration, Gas certificate, warrant of fitness (WoF), Electrical certificate (Ewof) and self-containment otherwise additional fees will apply. The caravan must also be insured by you at all times.

We will discuss with you and come to a mutual agreement about the initial sale price, depending on the year, make/model, condition of the caravan and the current sales market. We will reassess the price with you after a 4-week period if the caravan is not sold. If the caravan remains unsold after 1 month, you will incur a $20-week storage charge thereafter.

If you decide to remove your caravan from the yard before a sale has been made you will incur a $700 withdrawal fee. This is to cover preparations to demo, advertising and storing costs.

Please ensure your caravan is clean, tidy & ready for sale. Also that your cassette toilet or black water tank is empty and clean (if equipped). As the owner, you guarantee there is no finance owing or any other interested parties connected to the caravan’s ownership of the caravan. Rolleston Caravans will pay the caravan owner the sold price, less the above-mentioned costs 14 working days after the sale has been finalised.
